KEX Express (Hong Kong) will observe the Qingming and Easter holidays from Friday, 3 April 2026 to Tuesday, 7 April 2026. Please refer to the detailed service arrangements below.

Hong Kong Local Delivery Service
• 1 April (Wed): Normal pickup, delivery, and service standards.
• 2 April (Thu):
o Shipments collected before 13:00: Same-day delivery for commercial/industrial areas.
o Shipments collected after 13:00: Delivery will be arranged on 8 April.
• 8 April (Wed): Normal pickup and delivery services resume.

• 2 April (Thu):
o Shipments collected before 12:00: Normal customs clearance.
o Shipments collected after 12:00: Customs clearance and delivery will be arranged on 8 April.
• 8 April (Wed): Normal customs clearance services resume.

Macau Express Service
• 3 April (Fri) to 6 April (Mon): Macau Customs holiday period.
• 1 April (Wed) before 17:00: Normal customs clearance and delivery.
• 2 April (Thu) shipments: Customs clearance and delivery will be arranged on 8 April.
• 8 April (Wed): Normal customs clearance services resume.
