2026 Chinese New Year holiday service arrangements

Please find below the KEX Express (Hong Kong) delivery and service arrangements during the 2026 Chinese New Year holiday from February 17 (Tuesday, Lunar New Year’s Day) to February 19 (Thursday).


Hong Kong Local Delivery Service

  • Before 17:00 on February 14 (Saturday):
    Remote/Residential areas – Next‑day delivery
    (Shipments collected on February 16 will be delivered after the holiday.)
  • Before 12:00 on February 16 (Monday):
    Normal same‑day delivery for commercial areas
  • After 13:00 on February 16 (Monday):
    Shipments will be delivered after the holiday
  • February 20 (Friday):
    Normal collection and delivery services resume

Note: For deliveries to outlying islands, please contact our Customer Service team for further details.


Self‑pickup Service

(Self‑pickup service will remain unaffected during the CNY holiday period.)

  • Before 17:00 on February 14 (Saturday): Normal delivery
  • February 16 (Monday): Shipments will be delivered after the holiday
  • February 20 (Friday): Normal dispatch to self‑pickup points

Note: Actual delivery time may vary depending on operational conditions. Please refer to our pickup notification for the most accurate information.


Customer Service Hotline Operating Hours

  • February 16 (Monday): 09:00 – 18:00
  • February 17–19 (Tuesday–Thursday): Closed
  • February 20 (Friday): Normal service resumes

China Express Service

  • Before 17:00 on February 9 (Monday): Normal customs clearance and delivery
  • After February 10 (Tuesday): Shipments will be processed after normal customs clearance resumes
  • February 26 (Wednesday): Normal customs clearance resumes

Macau Express Service

  • Before 17:00 on February 12 (Thursday): Normal customs clearance and delivery
  • Shipments collected on February 13 (Friday) or later will be processed after normal customs clearance resumes
  • February 20 (Friday): Normal customs clearance resumes
  • February 23 (Monday): Delivery arrangement

Shipments collected during the holiday period will be stored free of charge and dispatched after the holiday.
