KEX Express Service Notice: extreme weather arrangement

Dear Customers,
 
According to the Hong Kong Observatory’s forecast, Typhoon Ragasa is expected to affect Hong Kong from Tuesday to Thursday. In response, our company will suspend the following logistics and delivery services once the Typhoon Signal No. 8 is issued, in order to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
 
- Parcel pickup and delivery services
- Warehouse inbound and outbound operations
- Customer Service Center
 
Services will gradually resume once the Typhoon Signal No. 8 is cancelled and conditions are deemed safe. We will prioritize processing all delayed orders and resume normal operations as quickly as possible.
