Fraudsters may impersonate logistics companies via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone calls, claiming that your parcel delivery has failed, address information is incomplete, the shipment is being held by Customs, or additional delivery/customs clearance fees are required. They may attempt to trick you into clicking suspicious links, making payments, or disclosing personal information.

• KEX Express will never ask for your bank account details, credit card information, or One-Time Password (OTP)
• KEX Express will never request payment transfers to a personal bank account
• KEX Express will never collect delivery, customs clearance, or other charges through unofficial links
