Effective April 14, 2025, SF Express Hong Kong will send all locker pickup codes exclusively through its official mobile application, "SFHK APP" to reduce the risk of customers being defraed by fraudulent messages.
Customers are advised to download the application in advance and complete registration by logging in with their mobile numbers to ensure the timely receipt of pickup notifications.
